I hear it all the time “My kid is losing their Confidence” “I lost my Confidence” We are not born with confidence inside of us but we are born with the capacity to build it. It is a trait that we have to develop, and in its development process, we are going to encounter challenges, which help us become confident and develop the belief that we can persevere and still perform through adversity. Without the challenge, there is no confidence. You are not losing it, you’re developing it. Kids are not losing it. They are finding it. and in that seeking process, you are going to encounter difficulties. Encourage them to leverage their resilience to prove to themselves that they can succeed despite the adversity. #Confidence
