TTTTViewer

DMCA & Copyright Policy

How to submit a DMCA copyright takedown for content accessed through TTViewer. We do not host media files.

Effective date: July 30, 2026

TTViewer respects intellectual property rights and responds to valid notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and similar laws where applicable.

Important: we do not host media

TTViewer is an API-driven viewer and search interface. We do not host, store, copy, or upload creator videos, images, or audio to our own media servers as a content library. Media is typically loaded from origin / CDN links associated with publicly available TikTok content. Blocking on TTViewer means we stop resolving or displaying the reported item through our interface.

1. What this policy covers

  • Copyright / DMCA: you own the copyright (or are an authorized agent) and believe content accessible via TTViewer infringes that copyright

For safety, harassment, stalking, or "please remove my public profile from this site" requests that are not copyright claims, use Safety & Opt-Out instead. That is usually faster for personal safety cases.

2. How to submit a DMCA notice

Email [email protected] with the subject line "DMCA Takedown Request" and include:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
  3. The exact URL(s) on TTViewer (and TikTok URL if available) where the material is accessed
  4. Your contact information (name, email address, and mailing address if available)
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
  6. A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed

3. What we do after a valid notice

When we receive a complete, valid notice, we will take reasonable steps to block the reported profile, video, or URL from being queried or displayed through TTViewer. Because we do not operate a hosted media library, removal means interface/access blocking on our service, not deletion of files from TikTok's systems.

We aim to review complete notices within a few business days.

4. Counter-notice

If you believe material was blocked because of a mistake or misidentification, email [email protected] with subject "DMCA Counter-Notice", including your contact details, the blocked URL/username, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification. We may restore access when appropriate under applicable law.

5. Repeat infringement

We may terminate or restrict access for users who repeatedly infringe copyrights or abuse the service in connection with infringing activity, where we can reasonably identify such users.
