Can the TikTok story creator see who viewed it?

Not through our tool. When you view stories via TTViewer, your identity is not passed to the creator's view analytics. The profile owner is not notified by this website.

Are all stories available to view?

Our viewer can only display stories from accounts with public profiles. Stories set to private by the account owner, or stories that have expired, cannot be retrieved.

Do I need the TikTok app to use this?
