Terms of Service

1. What TTViewer is

TTViewer is an independent web tool for viewing and interacting with publicly available TikTok-related content and utilities (for example public profiles, public videos, stats helpers, and optional paid features). We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok or ByteDance.

We only surface content that is already public on the origin platform. We do not unlock private accounts, private messages, deleted content, or other restricted material. See our Public-Only Policy.

2. Acceptable use

You agree that you will not:

• Use TTViewer to stalk, harass, threaten, dox, or otherwise harm any person
• Use the service to circumvent blocks, privacy settings, or safety measures on TikTok
• Attempt to access private, restricted, deleted, or non-public content through our tools
• Scrape, bulk-export, or overload our infrastructure in a way that harms the service
• Abuse rate limits, security challenges, payments, credits, or authentication systems
• Submit false safety, opt-out, or copyright claims
• Violate applicable law or third-party rights (including copyright and privacy rights)

We may rate-limit, block, suspend accounts, or refuse service when we detect abuse or risk to others.

3. Creator removal & safety

Creators and authorized persons may request that a username be blocked on TTViewer via our Safety & Opt-Out process. A block applies only to TTViewer. It does not remove content from TikTok or other websites.

4. Accounts, credits, and payments

Some features may require sign-in and/or credits. You are responsible for activity under your account. Credits and paid unlocks are generally non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated at purchase. We may change pricing or feature availability with reasonable notice where practical.

5. Content ownership & downloads

Media and profile information belong to their respective owners (creators and/or the origin platform). If download or save options are available, they are provided for personal, lawful use of public content only. You must not redistribute, commercially exploit, or misrepresent content without rights from the owner.

Copyright complaints are handled under our DMCA Policy.

6. Advertising and third parties

The site may display third-party ads and link to external services. Those parties have their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party sites or services.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

TTViewer is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Public platform data can change, break, or become unavailable without notice.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TTViewer and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the service in the 3 months before the claim, or (b) USD $50.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TTViewer and its operators from claims arising out of your misuse of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

10. Changes and termination

We may update these Terms, change features, or discontinue parts of the service. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. We may suspend or terminate access for violations or risk to the service or others.
