I’ve basically been in my sedentary era since getting pregnant in 2018. Somewhere between pregnancy, newborn life, snacks, laundry, school drop-offs, and keeping tiny humans alive, “working out” became carrying a toddler on one hip while cleaning with the other hand. I figured it’s time to do something for me again. So here I am, jogging, slowly, dramatically, and occasionally questioning all my life choices. 🏃‍♀️😂 So far, the problems keep finding their way home, but at least my cardio is improving.😂 Here’s to getting stronger, healthier, and proving that moms can restart at any time.💪 #Fitness #fyp
