Making childhood memories one weekend at a time 😌 We went to the @Yatala Drive-In on Saturday to watch the new Toy Story movie because Maisie is obsessed with Jessie right now. I have not been to the drive in since peak covid in 2021 and I forgot how fun of an experience it is. We threw Maisie's mattress in the boot along with all the pillows and blankets from our bed to make it super cosy. Then we just bought some take out for dinner and a bunch of our own snacks so we didn't have to queue up at the snack bar there. We hit an emotional milestone 😭✂️ It took Maisie a LOOONNGG time to grow her hair so I didn't think I was going to be cutting it anytime soon. So although it was only the shaping of her fringe I felt very sentimental. As soon as I made that first snip, Maisie couldn't wipe the smile off her face so I'm glad we took the plunge. Most notable addition is definitely the laundry followed closely by a second bathroom.
